My review is for the product this company provides. I bought the hidden joint product for my garage that doubles up for playing table tennis. I was assured the product was up to my requirements (in regards to sports use) and they are keen to tell you that they have it fitted in industrial circumstances. What they don't tell you is that they mark / scuff terribly from trainers making the appearance bad, they then make out as if they have never had it before, and you should buy various different cleaning products that cost a fortune and still doesn't remove the marks. They ask for pictures yet didn't consider it important enough at any point to send someone out from their 'alledged' technical team? This product is not fit for purpose in my situation, even though they said it was - but their resolve was eventually giving me 50% of my money back - I paid extra for the hidden joint product because i'm particular about the appearance, when the fact the actual joint look is of little importance when the overall look of the tiles are scruffy within weeks of using it! I wouldn't of paid half the price of the tiles in the first place if I knew what i'd be stuck with! Buyers beware!!

I'm a HGV driver and I go everywhere. This has advantages because I get to see behind the scenes and the people I deal with show their true colours. R-Tek is one of my favourite places to visit. I have never seen a cleaner factory (besides some food processing factories) and the staff are amazing. Every time I go I'm made to feel welcome and part of their team.
